Nous \u00e9tions 2 couples avec nos filles pour un s\u00e9jour de 6 jours \u00e0 bord du catamaran, un navire grand, confortable avec de belles cabines qui ont toutes leur salle de bain priv\u00e9e. Mais ce qui fut notre coup de c\u0153ur est l\u2019accueil par des h\u00f4tes extraordinaires qui ont marqu\u00e9 notre aventure \u00e0 vie. Steve le propri\u00e9taire est un homme charmant avec qui nous avons eu de si beaux moments \u00e0 discuter et \u00e0 p\u00eacher \ud83c\udfa3 en sa compagnie. Il nous a accueilli avec le plus grand soin et nous sommes choy\u00e9s d\u2019avoir partag\u00e9 notre s\u00e9jour sur son catamaran. Julia est une h\u00f4tesse incroyable qui cuisine divinement bien. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle nous avons d\u00e9couvert plein de produits de la r\u00e9gion. Elle nous a permis de go\u00fbter la Polyn\u00e9sie avec sa touche personnelle, une cuisine fran\u00e7aise digne des meilleurs restaurants. Mais surtout, elle a g\u00e2t\u00e9 nos filles comme personne avec plein de belles attentions sucr\u00e9es. Sa gentillesse et sa personnalit\u00e9 p\u00e9tillante sont marquantes. Nicolas fut notre capitaine pour le s\u00e9jour un homme passionn\u00e9 par la navigation qui nous a fait d\u00e9couvrir la r\u00e9gion, d\u00e9couvrir la mer en apn\u00e9e \ud83e\udd3f et la culture locale en histoire. Il a m\u00eame pris de soin de montrer \u00e0 nos filles \u00e0 tresser les feuilles de palmier. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 exceptionnelle. Bref, d\u00e9couvrir la Polyn\u00e9sie sur ce catamaran avec ses merveilleux humains fut un 5 \u00e9toiles \u2b50\ufe0f sur toute la ligne. \u00catre dans un endroit de r\u00eave est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une chance en soi, mais y \u00eatre avec ses h\u00f4tes d\u2019exception rend l\u2019exp\u00e9rience parfaite de A \u00e0 Z. Julia nous a r\u00e9gal\u00e9s tout au long du s\u00e9jour avec une cuisine absolument incroyable, digne d\u2019un grand restaurant \u2014 chaque repas \u00e9tait aussi beau que d\u00e9licieux \u2014 le tout avec une \u00e9nergie d\u00e9bordante qui rendait chaque journ\u00e9e encore plus agr\u00e9able. Nicola, le capitaine, prenait toujours le temps de bien nous expliquer les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir et nous accompagnait lors des sorties en apn\u00e9e \u2014 qui \u00e9taient tout simplement \u00e0 couper le souffle \u2014 tout en partageant aussi de beaux moments avec les enfants en leur apprenant \u00e0 fabriquer des assiettes et des collier en feuilles de palmier. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Steve, propri\u00e9taire et capitaine, apportait une touche unique avec ses nombreuses histoires et sa passion contagieuse pour la p\u00eache, toujours pr\u00eat \u00e0 sortir la canne \ud83c\udfa3 et \u00e0 nous faire d\u00e9couvrir les meilleurs endroits, autant pour p\u00eacher que pour passer la nuit dans des d\u00e9cors spectaculaires.\nChaque journ\u00e9e nous r\u00e9servait son lot de d\u00e9couvertes, entre paysages sous-marins incroyables, moments de d\u00e9tente et petites attentions qui font toute la diff\u00e9rence. Les mouillages \u00e9taient toujours parfaitement choisis, avec des vues \u00e0 couper le souffle et une eau d\u2019une beaut\u00e9 incomparable \u2014 probablement la plus belle que nous ayons vue.\nCe voyage a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 toutes nos attentes. Mais ce qui fut notre coup de c\u0153ur est l\u2019accueil par des h\u00f4tes extraordinaires qui ont marqu\u00e9 notre aventure \u00e0 vie. Steve le propri\u00e9taire est un homme charmant avec qui nous avons eu de si beaux moments \u00e0 discuter et \u00e0 p\u00eacher \ud83c\udfa3 en sa compagnie. Il nous a accueilli avec le plus grand soin et nous sommes choy\u00e9s d\u2019avoir partag\u00e9 notre s\u00e9jour sur son catamaran. Julia est une h\u00f4tesse incroyable qui cuisine divinement bien. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle nous avons d\u00e9couvert plein de produits de la r\u00e9gion. Elle nous a permis de go\u00fbter la Polyn\u00e9sie avec sa touche personnelle, une cuisine fran\u00e7aise digne des meilleurs restaurants. Mais surtout, elle a g\u00e2t\u00e9 nos filles comme personne avec plein de belles attentions sucr\u00e9es. Sa gentillesse et sa personnalit\u00e9 p\u00e9tillante sont marquantes. Nicolas fut notre capitaine pour le s\u00e9jour un homme passionn\u00e9 par la navigation qui nous a fait d\u00e9couvrir la r\u00e9gion, d\u00e9couvrir la mer en apn\u00e9e \ud83e\udd3f et la culture locale en histoire. Il a m\u00eame pris de soin de montrer \u00e0 nos filles \u00e0 tresser les feuilles de palmier. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 exceptionnelle. Bref, d\u00e9couvrir la Polyn\u00e9sie sur ce catamaran avec ses merveilleux humains fut un 5 \u00e9toiles \u2b50\ufe0f sur toute la ligne. \u00catre dans un endroit de r\u00eave est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une chance en soi, mais y \u00eatre avec ses h\u00f4tes d\u2019exception rend l\u2019exp\u00e9rience parfaite de A \u00e0 Z. Nicola, le capitaine, prenait toujours le temps de bien nous expliquer les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir et nous accompagnait lors des sorties en apn\u00e9e \u2014 qui \u00e9taient tout simplement \u00e0 couper le souffle \u2014 tout en partageant aussi de beaux moments avec les enfants en leur apprenant \u00e0 fabriquer des assiettes et des collier en feuilles de palmier.
